NOTES: In March 2024, Bauer Audio Media Ireland notified the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) of its intention to acquire from Sappho Limited (The Irish Times) and Des Whelan, the entire issued share capital (and thus take sole control) of BEAT 102-103. The CCPC gave its approval for the acquisition in May 2024. The formal transfer of ownership occurred in August 2024.
